Max & Iris - Lela Scarrott

Even before buying my first sewing machine in my teens, I was making and sewing from an early age. My first foray into selling was as a 12 year old, setting up my stall at the local swapmeet/market, selling fabric covered photo frames and popstick jewellery boxes. Excess pva glue was a design feature.  My sewing and crafting skills have moved along, and I embrace learning new techniques that I can apply to my sewing and making. In recent years I started my own brand of fashion accessories for children along with orders for women’s clothing.
